On tempering viewers’ expectations

TTG photographers should be aware that viewers may treat the TTG label on even a single photograph as a “litmus test” for entire websites and publications that publish the label.

As the “one bad peach principle” implies, such viewers might dismiss the website or publication as “untrustworthy” if the viewer finds a single doctored or aigmented photo there.

It may take viewers awhile to learn that “In any context, photographs that are not labeled TTG should not be assumed to be TTG-qualified.”
