(The photographer is the “first” party; the viewer is the “second.”)
Examples of third-party photo publishers:
• social-media platforms
• websites over which the photographer does not have full control of content
• publications over which the photographer does not have full control of content
• photo-contest sponsors
• stock-photo agencies
• exhibitors
• camera clubs
• all other organizations and entities that meet the description in boldface above.
