A “Motion” or “Live” photo is what smartphone makers call a short video (motion picture) created in the device or camera by recording a number of frames before and after the chosen frame.
As P6 makes clear, what smartphone makers call “Motion” or “Live” and photos cannot qualify as TTG.
However, smartphones that offer the “Motion” or “Live” feature usually make it easy to save any still frame from the series of frames that were captured, and that still frame can meet P6 and can qualify as TTG.
