As per TTG’s Allowable Change #4, and assuming the result isn’t disqualified by rinairs, lens flare in a photograph may be left as is, may be partially corrected, or may be fully corrected...

. . . but the effect of lens flare may not be added, accentuated, or simulated after the exposure or the result is disqualified by P2 and or P7.
