Ways of depicting moving objects

Besides the four ways allowed by TTG (see #2305) for depicting moving objects, there are two much rarer ways.

Both need special conditions to occur (in parentheses below), and both are specifically disqualified by the last paragraph of P4 because both show more than “one scene”:

1. As ghost objects (when the object stops moving during exposure)

2. With SMP effects (most often created by multiple flashes of a strobe or by combining multiple exposures)
